Outfoxed! – A Cooperative Whodunit Game

Outfoxed! – A Cooperative Whodunit Game

Mrs. Plumpert’s prized pot pie has gone missing, and it’s a chicken chase to crack the case! In Outfoxed!, players work together to scour the board, gather clues, and use a special evidence scanner to rule out suspects. You’ll need to move fast—the guilty fox is high-tailing it toward the exit, and if they reach it before you identify them, you’ve been outfoxed!

How to Play

Unlike most games, Outfoxed! is cooperative, meaning everyone plays together as a team of detectives.

• Search for Clues: Roll the dice to move your detective hat across the board and uncover clue markers.

• The Evidence Scanner: Use the unique "clue decoder" to check if the thief is wearing specific items, like a scarf, a monocle, or a top hat.

• Eliminate Suspects: Compare the evidence to the suspect cards on the board to narrow down your list of culprits.

• Catch the Thief: Make your final guess before the fox figurine reaches the end of the path!

Skills & Development

While kids are busy having fun being sleuths, they are also developing essential life skills:

• Deductive Reasoning: Learning how to cross-reference information and rule out possibilities.

• Cooperation: Working as a group to decide on the best moves and strategies.

• Probability: Understanding the risks and rewards of the custom dice rolls.

Why It’s a Family Favorite

• Stress-Free Competition: Since everyone wins or loses together, it’s a perfect way to introduce younger children to board games without the pressure of direct competition.

• High-Quality Components: From the custom "detective hat" pawns to the interactive clue decoder, the game is built to be tactile and engaging.

• Award-Winning: A recipient of the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Platinum Award and Dice Tower Approved, it is widely considered one of the best introductory logic games for children.
