At Cedar & Spice, we ship products from two sources: items fulfilled by us directly, and items fulfilled by our independent artisan and maker partners through Shopify Collective.

Orders fulfilled by Cedar & Spice:

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days
• We ship via USPS or UPS depending on size and destination
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location
• Shipping costs displayed at checkout are estimates based on available product weight data. Final shipping charges may be adjusted prior to fulfillment if actual package weight or dimensions differ significantly. You will be notified of any changes before your order ships.

Orders fulfilled by our maker partners:

• Some items ship directly from the artisan or supplier
• Fulfillment and shipping times vary by partner
• You will receive a separate tracking number for these items

General:

• We ship within the United States
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships
• Cedar & Spice is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
