Refund policy

At Cedar & Spice, we curate products from independent artisans and makers. Because many items are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners, return eligibility may vary by product.

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at admin@cedarandspicegifts.com.  We'll work with you and our supplier to find a resolution. Items damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Custom, personalized, or final sale items are non-refundable.
