Choffy Brewed Cacao - Medium Roast Starter Kit

Everything you need to start brewing cacao: four 10 oz bags of Choffy Medium Roast and the 14 oz Tumbler Press to brew them in. Four estates at one roast level, so you can taste how the bean changes the cup — smooth, full-bodied, from milk-chocolate notes to hints of roasted nuts, nothing added. About 80 cups in the box.

In the kit

• Ecuador Medium Roast, 10 oz
• Ivory Coast Medium Roast, 10 oz
• Nigeria Medium Roast, 10 oz
• Volta Medium Roast, 10 oz
• Choffy Tumbler Press, 14 oz

The Choffy Tumbler Press is a French press and travel tumbler in one. Two scoops, water just off the boil, four minutes, press — and the cup comes with you. Triple-insulated 18/8 stainless steel, food-grade silicone, no paper filters or pods, holds 14 oz, top-rack dishwasher safe and fits a cup holder. Choose black or mint.

Tasting notes for every roast are on the cacao flavor chart, and the brewing ratio is on how to brew.
