Our Single Origin 2024 fresh harvest green cardamom comes from our partner farm of Mr. Shetty, who's family has been growing this green cardamom for more than six decades now. This cardamom is cultivated and handpicked using traditional and sustainable farming practices. Our cardamom is highly fragrant, has citrusy flavor profile with prominent fruity notes of pine and menthol. Our cardamom can be used in making one pot dishes like 'biryani', persian deserts like 'Sher Birinj' 'Sholeh Zard' or a simple 'Masala Chai'.
