Our 2024 Single Origin Indian Bay Leaves come from the laurel trees grown in the partner farm of Mrs. Patel. The vibrant green leaves are hand-picked and naturally dehydrated under the sun, during which the bitter taste of the fresh leaves subsides, and a sweet cinnamon flavor prevails. Roots Indian bay leaves can be used for marinating meats, for making curries and even in infusing spirits.
